Man publicly mimics real estate ads in hilarious practical joke

Phil Jones is an artist who for the last month has been dressing up like the real estate agents he sees on billboards, striking the same poses, photographing himself and posting his mock ads over the originals.

Jones says that he respects anyone “willing to put their face on a bus stop bench knowing what people do to them.”

and that it’s fun to spoof the realtor advertisements.

Jones’ versions of the real estate ads didn’t stay up long.

As soon as they were discovered, the were taken down.

Lucky for us, Jones photographed his installations before that happened because they are hilarious.
