The Magneto Table makes furniture assembly fun

When I receive a mini hex wrench in the box with my new furniture I laugh little and then I cringe. It seems ridiculous that we have the engineering capabilities to go to Mars but we cant figure out a better solution for assembling a boxed nightstand. Greek designer Yiannis Ghikas could make those hex wrenches obsolete with his innovative new magnetic assemblage design.

The instructions to building the “Magneto Table” are humorously simple: 1) Stick the parts together 2) Use Table. The magnets used to assemble the table are inconspicuously integrated into to the design. There are no screws, no tools, and almost no instructions. I feel like I’m cheating. The functional simplicity of the table makes for an appropriate and beautiful minimal aesthetic. Thank You Yiannis Ghikas for saving me hours of frustration. Give a ‘like’ to this post to express your gratitude towards this brilliant designer.
