We’ve had enough of these smartwatches. They’re no different than smartphones strapped to our wrists. This past week, though, when Google unveiled “Android Wear,” it was clear that something was being done to alter the way we interact with not just our watches, but our surroundings as well.
Featuring a clean intuitive interface, Android Wear takes communication with our surroundings to the next level by intelligently sensing (in other words, tracking) our location and showering us with options most relevant to us. For example, if you’re in front of a restaurant, the watch will automatically ‘Yelp’ a review and have it waiting for you.
