Out of context the elastic-like coating suspending our innards is pretty weird. Jonathan Robert Willis has created a hilarious series of photos that force our skin into unnatural shapes by blowing high-speed wind at the faces of his subjects.
For the shoot, each model would pose in front of the blower for just 15 minutes at a time due to the discomfort. The photos do an honest job of visually describing the discomfort through red skin, squinting eyes, and painful expressions. Thanks to the patience of the models and some skilled photography, Willis successfully completed a series of 15 highly entertaining images called ‘Wind.’
