Students covertly design inspirational quotes on class chalkboard

Like history, the images and words on a chalkboard are here and then gone. Despite the transitory nature of chalk, anonymous students (collectively known as Dangerdust) at the Columbus College of Art & Design hope to make a lasting impression by commandeering a chalkboard in the Crane building on their campus.

Like clockwork, the students regularly add new quotes to the chalkboard from famous historical and artistic figures such as Banksy, Nelson Mandela, and Claude Debussy. It’s a bold thing to do, considering the typical workload of the students at CCAD, but the students have made their chalkboard art a weekly priority.
