(Fun) street art installation in Madrid

The word ‘fos’ means ‘fun’ in Spanish, ‘light’ in Greek and ‘melted’ in Catalan and it is also the name of a diverse design collective from Spain. (fos) and its members work as architects, art directors, graphic designers, and interior designers. Recently they joined together to create and install a series of “experiences” on the streets of Madrid.

The self-titled experience, (fos), was a short-lived installation on the facade of the vegan restaurant ‘Rayen’. The installation consists of a bright yellow wall-coating, yellow-painted items, pineapples and a lamp that were all illuminated for four days and nights.

We look forward to the next time (fos) decides to have some fun in Spain!
