This new architecture bursts from the green earth upward into an elegant floral spiral. The bio-modern aesthetic of the ‘New City Flower’ references the zen Chinese tradition of placing value on the natural world. UA studio 7 is behind this soon-to-be Fushun high-rise that will represent a merging of the downtown area and a new economic development zone.
New City Flower is designed to look like rosebud. The architects have successfully formed this giant floral sculpture with an exciting tension in the anticipation of growth. Two points of tension exist at the green base and at the gently opening petals at the very top. This building is a brilliant metaphor for the success soon to come to this emerging area of Fushun City.
